Casona Río Fortuna is located in the rural areas surrounding La Fortuna and Arenal Volcano.

From La Fortuna:

Leave the town of La Fortuna in direction Muelle and Santa Clara. 7 km after La Fortuna centre you will see a huge blue concrete block. This is the water tank of the town El Tanque. On the right side of the road, just opposite to this tank, there is a gravel road entry. Just before the entry, there is a Sighn for Casona Rio Fortuna.

Take this entry and drive straight on. You will cross a bridge and continue to the end of that road. There, you will see a sign and turn right. A few meters later you will see the casona on top of a small slope.

From Santa Clara:

After the town of El Tanque continue in direction of La Fortuna. On your right hand you will pass some green painted rowhouses. After the rowhouses appears a huge blue concrete structure. Just opposite to this tank, on the other side of the road, there is a gravel road entry. Just before the entry, there is a Sighn for Casona Rio Fortuna.

Take this entry and drive straight on. You will cross a bridge and continue to the end of that road. There, you will see a sign and turn right. A few meters later you will see the casona on top of a small slope.
